FFU System Matching for ISO Cleanroom Projects
This page supports fan filter unit selection for projects with a target ISO cleanroom classification. An FFU does not establish ISO Class 1–8 on its own; room volume, ceiling coverage, airflow pattern, leakage control, heat load, pressure relationships, operating procedures and final validation must be evaluated together.
Project inputs
Provide the target ISO class and operating state, room dimensions and layout, process and occupancy information, planned FFU coverage, airflow and face-velocity targets, external static pressure, selected filter class and test standard, power and control strategy and commissioning requirements.
