FiltEdge US website inquiries and WordPress Mail

This policy describes how FiltEdge LLC handles information submitted through filtedgeus.com and how the FiltEdge US WordPress Mail application sends inquiry notifications. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to info@filtedge.com.

Information used for inquiries

When you submit an inquiry, we receive your name, email address, optional telephone or WhatsApp number, requirements, and the source page. We use this information to review your request, prepare a response or quotation, and coordinate relevant sales or engineering follow-up. Submitted details are stored in the website’s restricted inquiry management area and included in an email notification to the company’s designated inquiry mailbox. If notification delivery fails, the inquiry is retained for manual follow-up.

Google account authorization

FiltEdge US WordPress Mail is a company-operated notification tool. Only an authorized company administrator connects the designated sending account. Visitors do not need to sign in to Google or grant access to their own email accounts.

The application requests the Gmail permission to send email on behalf of the connected account (gmail.send). This integration does not request permission to read, search, modify, or delete mailbox messages or access Google contacts, calendars, or Drive files. It uses the authorization solely to send website inquiry notifications.

Storage, service providers, and access

The website is hosted by Kinsta. Inquiry notification content is transmitted to Google for delivery through Gmail. The website stores the sending account address and encrypted authorization credentials needed for continued sending. Access to the website inquiry management area is restricted to authorized staff accounts. FiltEdge and relevant SFFILTECH sales or engineering colleagues may handle inquiry information to respond to your request.

Website hosting and security services process technical request information. If you use the live chat or embedded map, the respective providers, Tawk.to and Google, process information through their services. These services have their own privacy practices and may use cookies. WordPress also uses cookies for signed-in administration and, where selected, comment preferences. Comments submitted to the site may be reviewed for spam.

Retention and requests

The inquiry manager currently has no automatic deletion schedule; records remain available for follow-up until removed by an administrator. Email copies are retained separately in the company mailbox. To request access, correction, or deletion of your inquiry information, contact info@filtedge.com with enough detail to identify your request. We may need to verify the requester and consider applicable recordkeeping requirements.

The connected account owner can revoke the application’s authorization in their Google Account third-party connections settings. Revocation stops future authorized sending but does not automatically delete inquiry records or messages already delivered.

Changes

We will update this page when the described inquiry handling or mail integration changes.
