Our felt filter cloth is crafted from high-quality P84 fibers, featuring a 550gsm felt area weight and a thickness of 2.8mm. It boasts excellent air permeability of 250 m³/m²/min at 12.7mmH2O, ensuring efficient air filtration. The filter cloth exhibits high breaking strength, with 800N/5cm in the machine direction (MD) and 1000N/5cm in the cross-machine direction (CMD), along with breaking elongations of 25% (MD) and 35% (CMD). It also maintains minimal dry shrinkage (<1%) at 130°C in both directions, ensuring dimensional stability.
