The polyester felt filter bag is constructed from 100% polyester fibers, featuring a felt area weight of 500 g/m², thickness ranging from 1.7 to 1.9 mm, and a mean air permeability of 12-15 m³/m²/min/12.7mmH2O. It exhibits superior breaking strength, with over 1000 N/5Scm in the machine direction (MD) and over 1300 N/5Scm in the cross-machine direction (CMD). The breaking elongation is controlled below 15% (MD) and 35% (CMD), ensuring dimensional stability. Additionally, it shows minimal dry shrinkage (<1%) under 130°C, maintaining its form and function over time.
