Dirty gas enters the filter housing and passes through the fabric. Dust particles remain on the bag surface while clean air exits through the fabric. Periodic cleaning (pulse-jet, reverse-air, or shaker) removes the accumulated dust cake.

2.Filter Bag Materials and Construction

Sffiltech needle felt (nonwoven) has a three-dimensional pore structure with higher filtration efficiency and lower pressure drop, while woven fabric has a regular pattern and lower cost. So we usually make choice for our customers with their working condition.
Our machine can do the treatment like:singeing, calendaring, heat setting, water-oil repellent, antistatic, PTFE coating, or PTFE membrane lamination to improve dust release and extend bag life.
3.Design and Technical Parameters
Sffiltech can make different size of filter bag, but our common diameters: 120mm, 130mm, 150mm, 160mm, 180mm, 200mm; lengths vary from 2 to 8 meters.

Lower A/C ratios improve efficiency and bag life.
Standard efficiency: 99% for particles >1 µm.
PTFE membrane bags can achieve 99.99% efficiency.
Normal we will suggest customer the operating pressure drop is 1000–1500 Pa. Higher pressure indicates clogging or need for cleaning.

5.Operation, Cleaning, and Maintenance

6.Troubleshooting & Performance Issues
Some customer come to us as they met such problem,typically it happened as possible causes: high moisture, sticky dust, insufficient cleaning, or wrong filter material.
We will suggest customer to check for leaks, improper sealing, damaged cages, or wrong installation direction.
Some new customer come to us as their filter bag tearing caused by abrasion, excessive temperature, or mechanical stress.
7.Installation and Compatibility
We have Manuel for our customers, in a simple it will be ensure proper alignment, avoid twisting, and inspect the snap band seal.

A venturi is a nozzle installed at the top of the cage to improve air pulse distribution for effective cleaning.
